Default Expanded/Collapsed View Issue

Some of my Office 2007 users are experiencing this issue... If they are
viewing the Inbox - collapsed, and then they view their Calendar, then switch
back to the Inbox, everything is expanded. If they view the Calendar again
and then go back to the Inbox, it is collapsed again. Any idea what would
cause this?

Jennifer
