Default send/receive on exit from outlook

I want to eliminate a time-consuming habit of Outlook.
When I exit from Outlook, it always does ANOTHER
Send/Receive, delaying my shutdown. I cannot find
the setting to turn off "Auto Send/Receive on Exit".
Where might I find this please? Thanks.

rick
