send/receive on exit from outlook
I want to eliminate a time-consuming habit of Outlook.
When I exit from Outlook, it always does ANOTHER Send/Receive, delaying my shutdown. I cannot find the setting to turn off "Auto Send/Receive on Exit". Where might I find this please? Thanks. rick

Depends on your version of Outlook, typically its under OptionsMail

If you are using Outlook '07.
Tools Options Mail Setup Send/Receive Remove check mark from the "Perform an automatic send/receive when exiting" I think it's about the same for Outlook '03 "Rick Hamilton" wrote: I want to eliminate a time-consuming habit of Outlook.
