Outlook continually goes into safe mode
I had the same problem and have determined the problem to be windows desktop
searching. I uninstalled it and have no problems now. "Tech 88" wrote: Try clean up all the temp file and c:\windows\prefetch Here are the location of the temp files.... c:\windows\temp c:\document and settings\"user profile"\local setting\temp Afterward launch Outlook, then use File, Exit.

I was told to do this by someone offsite...find the scanpst.exe for Outlook
