Default Outlook window is always on top

THis just started today, Outlook is always on top on my desktop, so I cannot
get any other windows i.e. the active window on top of outlook. How do I fix
this? I cannot find any information about this anywhere

Do you mean Outlook is maximized? Did you click the Restore button (the
middle of the three at the right of the title bar)?
