Outlook upgrades successfully downloaded via website. Using original disc did
not work. When asked to verify product code, that wouldn't work. Pulling up outlook from main menu allowed me to see all email, address, etc but none of the functions would work. So I clicked on repair, then a message came up that a new account was detected. At first I said no, the program did not work. So, thinking the upgrade needed to be called a new account, I clicked yes. All files from my outlook are gone. The "new" program is blank. I know outlook saved these files on my computer. How do I get them back into my outlook email program? |
