Default Outlook Express to Outlook

You configure Outlook with your account details, once done;
In OE you export msgs to Outlook
In Outlook you Import your address book.
You then stop using OE, or set it not to send/receive.

How you actually setup Outlook might depend on the version and type of mail
account you use, pop mail, Hotmail or whatever.
