Hi,
My desktop came with Outlook 2007 preinstalled in a bulk deal for schools. No installation CD was enclosed, no product code available. I've got a HP IPAQ hw6900 mobile messenger, which comes with software to synchronise it with MS Outlook. When I installed this software on my PC, the next time I tried to open MS Outlook, I was asked for a product key, which, of course I don't have. When I clicked on the Outlook icon, an install screen came up, indicating that this was a 2002 version of Outlook, whereas the version that came with the PC is 2007. Now, I cannot access Outlook and without the CD, I cannot uninstall it, so that I can reinstall it. Any ideas? Jim. -- Irishjim |
