We have an employee who somehow has altered the kerning and character spacing
in his outlook 2003. we've tried to reset it when he sends an email, and that is fine for that email, but when he next attempts to send an email, the incorrect kerning and spacing returns forcing the person to manually make the change once again. This, as you can imagine, is a bit frustrating and time consuming. How do we set / configure the kerning and character spacing so that it doesn't change unless we go and make a new change? Jeff |
