outlook will not load. keeps asking for a exchange server. even after
reloading the software suite. there seems to be a file that is not being deleted. even after a reload the same error appears. this is the message i get unable to open default email folder C:\Documents and settings\user name\local settings\application data\microsoft\outlook\outlook.ost is not a valid offline folder. |

I have gotten past the initial problem. but now, it will not send or receive.
it says that it cannot connect to the pop3 server or the smtp server I've check the settings with another computer that worlks fine and the're the same "todds" wrote: outlook will not load. keeps asking for a exchange server. even after reloading the software suite. there seems to be a file that is not being deleted. even after a reload the same error appears. this is the message i get unable to open default email folder C:\Documents and settings\user name\local settings\application data\microsoft\outlook\outlook.ost is not a valid offline folder. |

I am having the same problem at my home computer. One e-mail address can
send and receive, but I cannot add another user : I get the same pop3server message when setting up. If you find a solution, please post it. Thanks.
