Outlook RULER grayed out, can't use; PLEASE HELP, NOTHING WORKS!
I've tried Micro Help pages over and over again; and nothing works! Please
help! Just had New Hard Drive put in, and too, also now add'g all Micro security bulletins, patches, etc., but NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM EVER BEFORE in over 5 yrs! DESPERATE, as I depend on this Horizontal Ruler at top of Email message and use it very very often! PLEASE HELP! I'M DESPERATE!
