Default Microsoft Outlook 2002

Could someone please tell me how to configure Outlook so that when I want to
insert a file or document, it opens a particular drive of my choosing as
opposed to "My Documents"

In my case, I want Outlook to automatically open a networked drive.

Thanks in anticipation.
