I can not start Outlook 2003 after re-install
I get this error message - "Unable to open your default e-mail folders. The
information store could not be opened." Before this I would get a message that told me that "they could not locate my pst file" - from this board I figured out how to add or repair a pst file - I now get this message.

please try to open Outlook with a new profile.
