I Have just change my computer location from office to home. I,ve tried to
eliminate the microsoft exchange server in outlook because no need it at home and also tried to configure a new email, but because cannot find the exchange server I,m unable to conect. ow can I reset all and start my configuration from ZERO. Many Thanks Jose |

With Outlook closed use the Mail Applet in the Control Panel to create a new

A word of caution: you will be losing any data (email, meetings, appointment, contacts, etc.) if you delete the Exchange account because it will disconnect the OST from your mail profile and you won't be able to reconnect it. If you have existing data, save it before deleting the account. Use Offline mode to prevent trying to connect to the Exchange server. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
