To whom it may concern,
I have a problem with a shared mailbox, & was hoping I might get some assistance with it. The owner of a Funtional Id Mailbox at work is having problems applying rules & alerts with that mailbox. It appears to be a form of Outlook 2003 Shared inbox, where the address starts with an exclamation mark, ie. ! . I have access to this mailbox, as the administrator of the mailbox has provided me access to the box. Both of us have our own "work" mailboxes, both with separate, functioning Rules & Alerts. The problem is that once an Email Rule is setup for this FID, it will not run automatically. Rules can be setup that work, but only when they are run manually from the Rules and Alerts box. However, Email Rules in our own mailboxes work fine. How do we set up these rules to run on both the work mailbox, and the Functional Id mailbox automatically? TIA -- Andrew Telstra Fleet Melbourne Australia |
