Help. computer battery died when I was checking E mail. When I plugged back
in I could not access my e mail and got Unable to display the folder. Microsoft could not access the specified folder location. I tried to follow directions to use inbox repair tool but cannot find anything like Scanpst.exe from start menu (even made sure hidden files and folders are shown). The other two E mail accounts of family members work fine. Is my account damaged and how can I find the account. I did not back up anything as my knowledge on the computer is not very good. Can I just re open a new account or re install? I don't want to lose any e mails with the other accounts. I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003 and I have windows vista. any help would be appreciated -- letsgetstaged |
