when you switch time zones the time of the appointment remains at the time
on the original time zone, just as in the past. (i.e., made for 9 am EST,
it will should at 6 am if you switch to PST)

I didn't update my phone's time zone, and when my appointments synched to
my
phone, they were all shifted to the wrong time (as if they were at the
same
number - 5pm - but because they had shifted in the computer to another
time
zone, they showed up in the phone's home time zone as being one hour off
of
where they should have been).

hope that makes sense and someone can help me understand impact of
swapping
time zones.
