Default Outlook spell check 2003

Hi!

When spellchecking a mail on send i Microsoft Outlook 2003, outlook wants to
correct in english, but i have configured swedish.
It seems that if I have something written in the subject it checks in
english, if not then Swedish. I do not use auto language. All controlpanel
settings is Swedish and i am running XP Eng SP2.
