I first received a CD with MS Office Enterprise 2007 Home Use Program that
did not run automatically and did not display any files using RunBrowse and MS Explorer. So I had an on-line chat with OmniTech (MS) Support that had two operators both confirm that the CD provided for Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 did not include any readable files. The CD reader on my primary PC works fine for displaying files that I can open, along with an 2nd PC. I next requested and received a replacement CD that also not run automatically and did not display any files. What is going on here - someone scamming MS with blank disks being sent to users? |
