Default actually it's a reinstall ?

My note book crashed a little over 2 weeks ago and then it locked up about a
week ago. I did the complete restore with the 4 disks that came with the
computer and then reinstalled Microsoft Office 2003. Now it allows me full
access to one of my e-mail accounts with no problem but on the other one the
Task bar shows a yellow triangle with an exclamtion point and says 'Server
Status'. When I bring up that window, it has an X by 'calender error'.
Bringing the notebook file (Detailed Report) up it says 'error in calendar
Outlook is available only to subscribers.'
Any help with fixing this problem would be appreciated.

I forgot to add that this is a store purchased copy of this program, it is
for up to three computers and is only installed on two. the notebook
mentioned and our desktop.
