just set up a new email account and after clicking on the "test account
settings" tab I keep getting a box that requests my username and paswword. The username and password that is displayed in that same box is correct. What do I need to do? Thanks, |

Thats the user name & password supplied by your ISP for the mail account
Unless your ISP has supplied these for that specific mail account then you cannot set up a new mail account in that name "DGardGolfer" wrote in message ... just set up a new email account and after clicking on the "test account settings" tab I keep getting a box that requests my username and paswword. The username and password that is displayed in that same box is correct. What do I need to do? Thanks, |
