Default how do I install Microsoft Outlook 2000, with no disc?

Microsoft Outlook was on my computer and running fine at one time, not it's
not. When I try to open it, a message come up, saying that it's not
installed, What can I do with no disc - I have looked for the disc, but it's
nowhere to be found in the office.
