I purchased a new computer(compaq Peserio) that came with Outlook 2003, and I
have a cell phone that is windows based. However, when I go into outlook if the cell phone is connected to the computer, outlook will automatically go to my comcast.net email instead of allowing me to use outlook. If I disconnect the cell phone cable, Outlook will open up and allow me to use it. Does anyone know how to stop outlook from going to my email address? I have been on the phone for several hours with both compaq and my internet provider and they say it is a software issue with micosoft. But if anyone can advise me, I sure would appreciate it. I have updated, reinstalled, and nothing seems to correct this. |
