Default Too many users

I work for a company that has had several employees install Outlook on their
computers but are no longer here and their computers are inoperable. How can
I install Outlook on my computer knowing there aren't but 4 computers that
are using Outlook?

No one seems to know; only that up to 7 users are allowed
