Default Email filter setup

This may be a simple question, but I could sure use some help. When I receive
email from an important new sender, I create a rule to direct their later
messages to my alert window. Not only does this results in numerous rules,
but it can often lead to a new sender's first message being overlooked.
Although I work with hundreds of individuals, they represent only a handful
of organizations. How do I create a rule that will caputure all incoming
email from a specific organization? Most senders' have email addresses that
end with their company name, i.e. . Is there a
wildcard character to cover
? What is the best way to
do this?

Use the "with specific words in the message header" condition ans specify
"companyname.com" or just "companyname" as the specific words.
