When a user gets an email in his inbox, he often relocates it to another
folder. This can be automated using message rules. Many of these rules are simple enough to allow automatic generation. What I would like to see is, when for example i (right mouse button) move a newsletter to the newsletters folder, there will apear a menu option: 'add rule for this sender' ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes. To vote for this suggestion, click the "I Agree" button in the message pane. If you do not see the button, follow this link to open the suggestion in the Microsoft Web-based Newsreader and then click "I Agree" in the message pane. http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...installat ion |
