Environment: Office 2003, Outlook 2003, XP Workstations and Server 2003.
All up to date with every patch and service pack available. Using Word 2003 to edit emails. recently, when editing an email message, most particularly a saved draft, the mouse is disabled and we must use the up and down arrows to navigate, and text cannot be selected. It is almost like what happens when trying to edit an embedded object. Haven't found any other cases of this in discussion group or to the extent I could use the knowledge base (which now seems very difficult to search compared to prior years). Are any settings off? Thank you. -- Ava Healy. |
