For some reason outlook help files have stopped working. I continually get a
message saying there is a problem with some files please repair, which I have done. I have tried uninstalling the whole office suite and reinstalling it but it makes no difference I still cannot get the help files in any MSOffice application. Outlook and word seem to be crashing a lot as well. Any help gratefully received. Thanks |

Try starting Outlook using the safe switch
Run Outlook.exe /safe (a space between, exe /) see how it performs then Do you have any AV intergrated with office (ie scanning both mail and Office components)? "John" wrote in message ...
