If you have anti virus software intergrated with Outlook, uninstall the AV,
reboot & retest

Do you have two accounts? Are you using rules to move messages?

Default I get two of every email I receive

I am having the same problem! This is my scenario:

* I have 2 hotmail accounts
* I use Outlook 07 at work and at home
* Outlook Connector was removed from work Outlook (for troubleshooting
purposes)
* Each email that is sent to EITHER hotmail account gets duped....BUT (the
kicker) on my work Outlook, it will show both copies...on my home Outlook,
one copy will be legit, the other will be blank (like a placeholder in the
inbox).
* I removed my hotmail accounts from my work Outlook and the problem is
solved. The instant I added the hotmail accounts to work Outlook, the
problem resumed with any new emails received in either account.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
