Default Outlook - Office Customization Tool

I'm creating an Office 2007 .MSP file using the Office Customization Tool
(setup.exe /admin) but cannot get one of the "Modify User Settings" to work
properly. Specifically, I'm trying to set the Outlook 2007-Misc-PST
Settings-Default Location for PST and OST Files to set to J:\ but everytime I
run the setup it still defaults to %userprofile%\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft Outlook. J:\ was a valid setting to use in the Office 2003
version but dioesn't seem to work in 2007. Any insights?

Is J:\ a network drive or a local drive?

Connecting to pst-files and ost-files on network drives is not supported.
Doing this for ost-files doesn't make any sense either as they are designed
for off-line access and reducing network trafic.
