I installed Office XP pro 2002 in my new laptop with vista. (also uninstalled
office 2007 trial version) Outlook couldnt find default folders so I tried to add this through control panel/mail/add new data file etc, but this ends with the message: Windows host process Rundll32 has stopped working. later on there is a message that this is due to an "exekvation protection" (translated from swedish...) Word and excel seems to be working fine. Grateful for any help that could get my outlook running |

After downgrading from Outlook 2007 to Outlook 2002, you'd have to recreate
your mail profile; http://www.howto-outlook.com/faq/newprofile.htm Note that Outlook 2002 is not supported on Windows Vista. Solve one issue and you could encounter another one.
