Arrange by won't retain settings
I have my Outlook Inbox arranged to view my messages by e-mail account, as I
use several. After working properly for over a year, Outlook will suddenly not retain this setting and reverts back to the "date" default whenever I move between folders or close Outlook. No matter how many times I select VIEW/ARRANGE BY/EMAIL ACCOUNT, it will not retain the setting. Any ideas of how to repair this issue? Thanks in advance. AB
