Default OL2003 updates in Vista SP1 from original CD to the present.

I finally succeeded in installing OL2003 from its original CD.

The latest big update I found was Service Pack 4 for Outlook 2003 and
Business Contacts Manager (BCM). Since I have never heard of BCM I assume
that I do not have it. Can I still apply this SP4 to what I have without
worrying about corrections to a program that isn't there?
