I used both the Office repair tool son the discs and I used the ORK
downloaded from Microsoft.com. Are there any MVP's around to help with this problem? After reinstalling her copy of Office 2000, Outlook opens and immediately gives me the message "Operation Failed" After I click OK, the application closes. I can see her email in the program behind the window but it wont stay open. Microsoft support articles told me to go through StartSettingsControl PanelMail, but when I double click the Mail icon, nothing happens.
