transferring to new computer
my new computer doesn't have outlook installed; i haven't been able to
transfer the app and have lost my product key. How can i solve this problem?

It depends whether Outlook, or Office, is an OEM copy supplied with your
origonal PC, if yes then its not transferable. The key is on the cd/dvd case You reinstall from the media, or from the download installation file if you obtained it on line Belarc Advisor, or MagicJelly Bean, can both detect the key on your old PC - assuming the app is on it "Ath271" wrote in message ... my new computer doesn't have outlook installed; i haven't been able to transfer the app and have lost my product key.
