I have a corrupted Windows Vista and much of it is not operational at the
moment. I'm trying to backup all my Outlook files (contacts, calendar) before I do a re-install on my Windows. I've tried to locate the .pst files with, so far, no success. Is there anyone that can talk me through this process? I don't think there's any way I can receive help via email since my system is acting strangely (as I said most of my programs besides Explorer won't even launch). When I go to control panel and try to click Administrator it won't let me so I'm stuck there. How else can I get to those .pst files and save them while I still have the chance? Please reply to the email in my profile if possible. Thanks. |

... Can someone please refresh me on how to show hidden files? Thanks. You don't need to do that. Open Windows Explorer and enter the exact path into the Address bar. In Vista, use %LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Outlook. Click Go. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
