HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIND OUT HOW TO DOWNLOAD OUTLOOK 2002. Do you use Outlook as part of an Office suite or as a standalone installation? If you do not have Office or Outlook 2002, but Office/Outlook 2000, you have to install the service pack for this version. -- Best Regards Christian Goeller MVP - MS Outlook http://www.outlookfaq.net |

I have it set to look for upgrades and download them automatically...I think. Sorry I am not good at this stuff. |

I do use office/outlook 2000... In this case install service pack 3 for Office 2000 if you havn't done it yet. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...4-8e92d36332fe Then install all updates for Office 2000 that has been released after SP3. and in the course of trying to figure out why this service pack wouldn't download, I found that I already have a service pack 3...by going to start/run/winver....so now I am wondering why does my computer keep telling me to update by downloading service pack 3? Service packs for your Windows -- in this case likely service pack 3 for Windows XP -- have nothing to do with service packs for Office suites. -- Best Regards Christian Goeller MVP - MS Outlook http://www.outlookfaq.net |
