Default Outlook 2K3: Open Separate Windows

We have a new EXECUTIVE secretary that just started and she's used to how her
old Office 2003 was setup. Her primary question was about Outlook 2003. I
need favors from her, I'm on the road and most all my calls go through her in
the office so I'm eager to please. We're using Outlook 2003 on Windows XP,
SP3. I've got Outlook configure with 'Navigation Pane' on with Folder List
showing. The secretary would like to have multiple open windows...one of
Contacts, Calendar, Tasks, etc. I have it set up where she, just like
everyone else's Outlook, can access those items by simply clicking on the
item in the Navigation Pane at left of open Outlook. I know that you can
right click on those list of items and select "Open in New Window" but is
there a way to 'LEFT-CLICK' on the item (without reconfiguring your mouse
settings) and have each item open up in a separate window? For instance, in
the Windows OS, you can specify if you want it's folders open in a separate
window OR simply open selected folder in place of the old folder you were
just view (ie, nesting). So in summary, I'd like to left click on 'Mail,
Calendar, Contacts, Tasks one at a time and have them each open in their own
window without right-clicking on item(s) and selecting 'Open in New Window'.
How do you do that, please? Thanks in advance for your response(s)!!
