Default how to fix: 552 error message

How do I fix this problem. I know there is a size limit on emails, but I
also get a similar message when I sent out bulk emails, and I only send out
50 at a time, and still get the messages.
How do I fix this error message? What do I need to adjust?

Your ISP may impose both a size limit on attachments and also bulkmail
numbers.
If you have anti virus intergrated with outlook uninstall it, the AV, reboot
then see if the problem is replicated.

If you performed the default install of AVG, then it is integrated into
Outlook. Uninstall it and reinstall it, disabling the E-mail scanning option
you should see.

Thanks Brian,
I did as you suggested. and I resent the same attachment to another email
address of mine and its been trying to send like 5 minutes and still trying.
The attachment is 35.7 mb and I saw something in outlook labels large mail,
and it was labeled 1-5.......so I guess I cant send or receive anything over
that? Not good, is there anyway to increase?
Thanks so much

Its also a restriction imposed by your ISP
If you want to send files that large you need a different protocol

Outloo does not break large mail apart into pieces. Either you're not using
Outlook (Outlook Express, perhaps, which can split large mail into smaller
pieces) or you're using some add-in.

Your mail provider determines the allowed size of outgoing mail. Outlook does
not have a limit.
