Default OL2000 Tools accounts vs. services?

OL 2000 is working much better finally (on WinXP machine). However, when
looking on Tools menu to configure the address book to be last name, first
name order, I only see Tools/accounts, not Tools/services. Where do I find
the services and/or how do I "fix" the address book? Contacts are listed in
the preferred last name, first name order.
Thanks for any help.

You have Outlook installed in Internet Mail Only mode - services are only
available with Corporate or Workgroup mode. See

To get the Tools/Services that you're used to, you will need to go to
Tools/Options and click on Mail Setup (I believe that's what it'll be called)
and then at the bottom, there's a button that says something about
reconfiguring mail support. Click that and you'll have 2 options. Choose
the one that isn't selected and click OK and close out of Outlook. Reopen it
and it should be back to Tools/Services like you're used to. I apologize
that I don't remember all of the options exactly. It's been a few years
since I've had to do that, and I don't have Outlook 2000 to look at to try it
out for the exact wording. I hope that helps.
