After seven months accessing Gmail successfully with Google's suggested POP
configs, for the last three days I've been unable to send/receive email (or access my Gmail account) through Outlook 2003. I can still access my Gmail account via the web, so I think this must be an Outlook problem. On what may be a related note, for the last three days, my Outlook program has been refusing to open unless I reboot the computer. My OS is Windows XP, Outlook 2003 (all updates and service packs current). I've checked and rechecked, and my SSL/port settings are in line with those recommended by Gmail, and POP is enabled in my account. Any further advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. |
