Hi
We are in process of migrating to EX07. In testing we are seeing mixed results as it comes to OL07 auto discovery. On my test machines with all variations of mailboxes prior to EX07, to new mailboxes after EX07, I have successsully had auto discovery work exaclty as intended. I turn the process over to the the helpdesk, and they report that it never works. I've seen it work on OL07 with sp2 and without so I know its not that, and its worked at different sites. We are still uing the default SSL cert on the CAS server if that makes any difference. Seeing as how i can get it to work, and others cant, seems that the SSL cert is not the problem. From what we've found so far, the problematic clients were upgraded from OL03 to OL07 using an install image built with the ORK, while the ones working fine are fresh installs of OL07. Could it be some feature of Outlook that wasn't included in the build, but is in the "default" OL install? Any other ideas? This has be baffled. |

I don't think it was a feature that was left out. How many servers are in
the network? Did you upgrade exchange too? -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Let's Really Fix Outlook 2010 http://forums.slipstick.com/forumdisplay.php?f=34 "Mike" wrote in message ...
