Hi,

I have an problem in our outlook. I have formatted the system without
converting the OST to Archive but I have a OST file in the D drive. Once I
have reformatted the Systems and try to relocate the OST file, I got the
error like " The file .ost cannot accessed because it has been configured for
use with a different mailbox"

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Since an ost-file is nothing more than a local copy of your Exchange
mailbox, simply reconnect to your Exchange mailbox and a fresh copy will be
downloaded.
