Default Outlook 2007

out of no where my outlook 2007 displayes the following measage when it opens.

your IMAP server wants to alert you to the following: Invalid credentials
(failure)

I have entered the password time and time again without success
I even removed the acount and followed my gmail instructions to set up gmail
I tesst the settings and recieve the test email but it stil willnot allow me
access. ???????
