Outlook Does not Allow me to Fix the Problem
I have a small business, and I need to channel my business e-mail account
into my Outlook account. I tried installing outlook, and it did not work, so I've uninstalled it twice then re-installed it, and it won't even open. It is trying to "configure my accounts", but I have not entered a new account in, and it won't let me do anything to it. I get an error message that reads "Cannot open your default e-mail Folders. c:/users/Margarita/AppData/Local/Microsoft/Outlook/Outlook.ost is not an offline folder file. How do I fix this problem? I am using Microsoft Office 2007.
