My company is in the process of migrating users from Office 2003 to Office
2007. I used the 2007 customization tool to configure the installation. We use an existing .PRF file for our users Outlook profile settings. The install works fine, and when I open Outlook, it works correctly, but I'm trying to determine why, rather than using the existing outlook.ost file at C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\, it creates a new one and calls it outlook0.ost. Is this normal behavior? |
