Default Exchange 2003 - public contacts as default & synch with Pocket PC

Hello:

I'm trying to get my contacts from our exchange server's public folder to
synch with my Pocket PC, but the Pocket PC pulls from my personal Contact
list only. How do I do the aforementioned or set the default as the
company's public contact list? Thanks much.
