Outlook 2000 .PST backup add-on...
.... which I've just discovered and downloaded, won't let me make a backup...
it says "Cannot copy outlook: Acces is denied". I've checked under Tools to make sure it's there and it is. Anyone know what's going on? Thanks! C.
