Default I want to avoid problems so after update to Win7 I wanted to fresh

My problem is that I upgraded to Win7 and wanted to use the occasion to clean
up Office, especially Outlook. So I uninstalled Office 2007 Ultimate and
killed MO directory in Program files and then reinstalled the program.
Unfortunately all old settings and pst files were immediately there again. I
wanted to start fresh but that seems difficult. Can anyone tell me how to do
a "clean"install on my system?
Thanks

Jan
