I see a lot of people have issues with this but I haven't read a solution
that fits my need yet. I upgraded today from Office 2002 to Office 2003. Since then, I am receiving mail but cannot send mail. If I send a test message from control panel mail e-mail accounts view or change existing e-mail accounts....I can test the account settings and everything works fine. If I do the same in Outlook, then it cannot find the outgoing SMTP server and can't send the test message even though the settings are correct. I disabled virus scans, firewalls, etc. but cannot get to the bottom of it. I even uninstalled and re-installed Outlook without success. HELP PLEASE. |
